  Meridian Condominium
The Meridian is a condominium community of 256 individually owned, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom
condos on over 32 landscaped acres. Our Clubhouse/Administrative office has a
spacious meeting room, big-screen TV, library, internet Wi-Fi, and hosts
community events and club meetings. There is a well equipped exercise room and a
laundry facility. Our Home Owners Association fees are based on condo unit
size and range from $174 to $388 per month and includes water, sewer, pest
control, exterior maintenance, property liability insurance, and access to all amenities
including fish-stocked ponds, tennis and basketball courts, picnic grills,
children's playground, volleyball court, two gazebo's plus a car
care/wash station. There is boat parking for a small fee. Our beautiful pool, clubhouse porches and decks are a center of warm weather activities. The Meridian is 3 miles over the Isle of
Palms Connector to the beaches, and 6 miles to downtown Charleston.
